Hey guys, I just wanted to reiterate and summarize the first things we need to do. Just email me (if you have not yet already, which is most of you) with your:
- Goals
- Plan for goals (i.e. Louis Simmons program... You will find these on the protocol sheet emailed to you)
- Body fat
- Individual questions
ALSO
Begin logging all of your food by Monday at the latest. Please record any and all exercise you do so we can get the full scope of things as you plan for the coming weeks.
Its been decided that there will be open gym times for the Challenge participants to facilitate their plans for the next 8 weeks. The times for these periods will be announced soon. Remember! You want to add two more days of training unless we agree on something personally. I am at your disposal guys, lets get going!
