Additional Workouts

I believe we all understand that the BCF Challenge is meant to incorporate (ideally) two additional days of training. For certain individuals this might not be the case but for most of you it is! So please, describe and record the extra training you have done and are doing and send it to me! If your schedule is already full to the brim, just remind me that it is ;) Remember, it is my job to hold you accountable!
