Team, be sure to include in your email, in addition to your goals, your body fat percentage as of last night, what your plan is in regard to your challenge and lastly any possible time slots for additional training. It is important we train as a team and progress as a team. My hope is to have at least one time a week where we can all get together. Include all possible times you think you can make it.
If you are not sure about any of this stuff we will talk individually. Let's get a move on!

Griffin, I hit the benchmark with a time of 10:39 using 115lbs. I'm a little mad because I think I should have used 135lbs. since my goal is strength. Whatever though. I'm fairly flexible about meeting times. I prefer Mo-Town though.
